Isurf Consulting, Ecosmob boost businesses with new ICT solutions

Isurf Consulting Limited, an enterprise business firm has partnered with Ecosmob Technologies Private Limited, a global VoIP and software mix provider to drive growth for businesses in the country.

This is to provide innovative solutions in information and communication technology (ICT), and keep businesses and customers on track.

Speaking on the partnership, Isurf Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Maro Ologe, said the focus of the company is to develop Unified Communication solutions in Nigeria in particular, and Africa in general.

Noting that poor customer services could mar the image of any company or brand, Ologe said Isurf joined hands with Ecosmob to offer 360-degree CRM, and other business solutions to address the requirements of corporate clients in Nigeria and beyond.

Ologe said: “Today, many companies have folded up due to poor customer service, and many are on the verge of closing up without properly harnessing the use of the right solution that can give their customer satisfaction.”

The Vice President Sales, Ecosmob, Krunal Patel said his firm partnered with Isurf to providing premium IT solution to businesses in Africa.

He lauded Ologe ‘s decision to offer IT solution to various industries in the country, saying the VoIP based business solutions would open the doors of new opportunities for African enterprises, while also addressing their call centre and customer requirement.

Reacting to the development, Isurf Brand Marketing Executive and Spokesman, Alexander Kalu, who revealed that company is also in partnership with Microsoft and Fonality USA to deliver IT solution to Africa companies.
