Speaking on Tuesday in Lagos, the Chief Marketing Officer of Etisalat, Francesco Angelone, said that the Going the Extra Mile (GEM) loyalty reward program that was launched about 2 years ago has been strengthened in the new deal to offer customers unbeatable lifestyle and loyalty benefits.
Angelone said, “the partnership was conceived to deliver the highest quality of service and satisfaction for the company’s GEM customers.
He said that the loyalty programme, which will offer the firm’s customer subsidized holiday trips with incentives was inline with the yearning of the firm’s customer.
“The goal of our partnership with Etihad Airways is to add value to the lives of our GEM customers and make the holiday trips and vacations more enjoyable for them with value added incentives. We believe that this partnership with Etihad Airways will provide unparalled satisfaction to our GEM customers.
“This partnership with Etihad is unique. Etisalat GEM customers will pay less than $3000 for a family holiday to the UAE inclusive of flight tickets, hotel stay for 4 nights and 30-days visa for a family of three,” Angelone said.
