Agbakoba, Sowore, others to speak on restructuring at VOR Colloquium
Former president of Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), Olisa Agbakoba, President-General, Ohaneze Ndigbo, John Nwodo and Niger/Delta Activist, Anko Briggs will on Thursday June 28, speak at a think-thank group, Voice of Reason (VOR) Leadership Series and 1st Colloquium with the theme, Restructuring: A Panacea For Justice and Peace of Nigeria: The Imperative for a People’s Constitution.
According to a statement jointly signed by the group’s convener, Goke Omisore and chairman of Media and Publicity Committee of the event, ‘Deji Osibogun, the programme will be chaired by Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist and co-founder, Eko Hospitals, Sonny Folorunso Kuku.
Other speakers expected at the event scheduled to hold at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, Victoria Island, Lagos are the Publisher of Sahara Reporters and Presidential Aspirant, Omoyele Sowore, Social Entrepreneur, Toyosi Akerele-Ogunsiji and Tony Nyiam. Also to speak is the son of former Nigeria Prime Minister, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Abdul Tafawa Balewa, International Trade and Investment Lawyer and Activist, Nathasha Akpoti and Secretary-General of Lower Niger Congress (LNC), Tony Nnadi.
