Ambode to speak at Safety Summit Lagos
The Lagos State governor, Akinwumi Ambode and his deputy, Oluranti Adebule have been slated to give keynotes at the Safety Summit Lagos come June 7 and 8, 2018.
The two-day summit, which is expected to cater to about 500 participants, is dedicated to enlightening corporate bodies and individuals on the need to embrace wholesome safety practices in accordance with the right standards of guiding policies.
The Director General of the Lagos State Safety Commission, Hakeem Dickson said “In a society burgeoning with human demands and industrial needs, the time has come to shore up longevity and productivity, by taking occupational safety and health seriously”
Also speaking on behalf of Green Lantern Services, the organizers of the event, Fola Ademosu, the project’s lead, said the event is garnering responsive participation signals from different companies and he hopes Lagos State gets propelled to greater heights; after the summit.
