Former Secretary-General of Commonwealth, Chief Emeka Anyaoku, will tomorrow leave Lagos to join the rest of the world to pay his last respect to his colleague and Ghanaian diplomat, Kofi Annan.

Annan died in Switzerland on August 18, and his burial is billed for tomorrow, September 13, 2018 in his home country.

In a statement, Anyaoku described Annan as “an outstanding global statesman who has left a legacy that will endure in the pursuit of world peace and human dignity and development.”
