FBFM holds medical outreach for Okada, Maruwa, Bariga community

THE Friendship Bible Fellowship Ministries (FBFM) recently held a free medical check-up for Okada, Maruwa and Bariga community in Lagos at its head office at 96, St. Finbarrs’ College Road, Akoka for over 120 men and women. Participants checked their body mass index (BMI), blood sugar , blood pressure and urinalysis.

THE Friendship Bible Fellowship Ministries (FBFM) recently held a free medical check-up for Okada, Maruwa and Bariga community in Lagos at its head office at 96, St. Finbarrs’ College Road, Akoka for over 120 men and women. Participants checked their body mass index (BMI), blood sugar , blood pressure and urinalysis.

The National Co-ordinator, Mrs. Victoria Majekodunmi, said: “At FBFM, we are always looking for venues to share God’s love with the community.”

Present at this event were the medical team from Chike Okoli Foundation, Emzor Paracetamol, Edic Chemicals and Allied Distributions Limited as well as Fort Medical Diagnostic, Clinic and Analytical Laboratories.

“It was an awesome outreach and free medications were given to all present,” a beneficiary said.“

“FBFM holds various outreaches in the year and this is one of them. We plan to take this sort of outreach to different areas in the country,” Majekodunmi said.
