LUTH rewards diligent staff
Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Lagos, has presented awards of excellence to staff that diligently discharged their duties in their various departments.
The awardees were said to have saved lives during outbreak of the deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD), Lassa fever, Monkey Pox and other disease outbreaks in the hospital.
The Chief Medical Director, LUTH, Prof. Chris Bode, said in the past one year, the hospital has experienced a lot of improvements and the management decided to reward staff behind the success recorded.
He said the award would encourage the staff to do more for patients receiving medical treatments.
