PathCare wins best Private Laboratory Service Provider

Nigeria’s only ISO certified pathology laboratory, PathCare Nigeria, has won the 2016 Private Laboratory Service Provider of the Year Award from the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards. This year’s victory marked the third consecutive time PathCare Nigeria would win the prestigious awards.

Presenting the award to the Laboratory, Global Health Project and Resources (GHPR), organizers of the award, extolled PathCare Nigeria and other awardees for the excellence they bring to bear in the conduct of their businesses.

According to Dr Omolola Anthony, the chairman of the NHEA Advisory Board, the Nigerian Healthcare Excellence Awards is an annual event where outstanding personalities and organizations are recognized and celebrated for their contributions to the healthcare sector through innovative, efficient and qualitative healthcare delivery services.

She said that the awards are intended to celebrate excellence and to give it its rightful place in the conduct of business in Nigeria. Receiving the award, Dr Tolulope Adewole, quality and technical coordinator of Pathcare Laboratories Nigeria, thanked the organizers of the award for the recognition they gave to PathCare Nigeria and promised that the company will remain steadfast in its pursuit of quality service provision in the health sector.
