Pepsi unveils Tekno as Brand Ambassador

On a night already filled with fun and excitement, thousands of music lovers who thronged the Expo Centre of Eko Hotel and Suites Victoria Island, Lagos for the Pepsi Corporate Elite Concert 2017, tagged Pepsi Weekend Takeover witnessed the equivalent of the coronation of a music king as Tekno, Nigerian singer and producer was unveiled as Pepsi Brand Ambassador.

Tekno was welcomed into the Pepsi family in a blaze of glory: razzmatazz, fireworks. The audience cheered and was ecstatic as he came on stage for a brief performance.

Born Augustine Miles Kelechi to Nigerian parents, Tekno ,the rising star in the global music firmament therefore joins the rich Pepsi global brand ambassadors’ hall of fame which includes Michael Jackson, JanetJackson, Beyounce, Black Eyed Peas, Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, among others. This illustrious company also includes Nigerian music stars: Wikid, Tiwa Savage, Davido and Seyi Shay.

Most of the fans who witnessed the event commended Pepsi for the endorsement deal with Tekno, saying that it is a recognition of the hardwork and commitment by the artiste.
