In order to expand the frontiers of the gospel, the National Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Joseph Obayemi, has dedicated another church building 24 years after its existence.

In order to expand the frontiers of the gospel, the National Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Joseph Obayemi, has dedicated another church building 24 years after its existence.

The church, Glorious Chruch, Gloryland zonal headquarters, located in Palmgrove, Lagos State, has a capacity of 450 persons after being renovated and refurbished with almost N20 million to meet modern standards.

Obayemi, who led other pastors to cut the plaque at the dedication, said the building shows that God works in a wonderful way as it took different men of God with different visions to actualise the project.

The Provincial Pastor, Joseph Adeyokunnu, said the building was a testament to the mystery of God and despite the fact that it took that long, the glory of the latter shall be greater than the former.

The Zonal Pastor, Yomi Lawal, said the original plan was for the dedication to be held in December but events shifted it forward to the end of August. Lawal said though he was transferred to the church three years ago, his vision of making the church a befitting place spurred him on to see to its completion.
