He urged him (Nwanwko) to work for victory in his re-election bid. Nwankwo, who defected with over 2000 PDP members yesterday at a rally in Umunze, Orumba South Council, organised by APGA, pledged their support and willingness to canvass for votes and ensure victory for Obiano on November 18.

Obiano received the defectors in company of APGA National Chairman, Victor Oye, the Director General, 2017 Obiano Campaign Organisation, Victor Umeh and former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Prof. Charles Soludo, among other top party officials.

He charged Nwankwo and his supporters to take APGA messages of good governance, better health, rural development and others to the grassroots.
