Most people just hate the day ‘Monday’ mostly because, it signifies the beginning of the formalities, the professional, work, school and all that makes the hustle and bustle going.

Coffee Jolt

Everybody needs coffee jolt. Why? The caffeine adrenaline would quickly clear the haze from the weekend. The coffee would be a great start, so after you wake up in the morning, say your prayers, get ready for your day and then brew that coffee before you step out of the house.

Feel Good Music

What’s your favourite song? Jam to it on your way, if you don’t have a car then your earpiece is your new best friend. That should get your spirits up. Sway and forget about the short weekend.

Talk To Friends 

Just when your’e about to step into the mayhem of work, call that your friend that would cheer you up. Talk about the weekend, talk about the hopes and aspirations for the new week, talk about the things that don’t wear you down.

Feel Inspired

If you have to read, then make sure you read the motivational quotes. If you have a video or an audio on motivational quotes, then by all means, watch and listen and get inspired. Trash the negative and see only the positive things about the week.
