The daughter of hip-hop legend Eric B, Erica Barrier, is fighting for her life after a vehicle collision.

The 28-year-old actress was seriously injured early Sunday morning when her car was hit by an oncoming big-rig truck in Connecticut according to a report by Daily Mail.

News of the crash first surfaced on the Instagram feed of @therealsister2sister2.0, which reported the actress was in ‘extreme critical condition.’

Twenty Eight year old, Erica Supreme Barrier, the daughter of music legend Eric Barrier ( Eric B) is in extreme critical condition this morning after a horrific car crash in Connecticut. This after an 18 wheeler rolled over her vehicle at approximately 1am in Hartford. Investigators are still piecing together the exact cause of the crash. According to police report, Barrier’s Mini Cooper Countryman was ‘stopped in the center lane’ and the driver of the 18-wheeler ‘was unable to stop in time’ and plowed into the rear of her car.

She is presently suffering from severe neck and spine fractures, among her many life-threatening injuries, confirmed Eric B’s longtime publicist Alvina Alston.

The truck driver was not hurt and the crash remains under investigation, according to the police report.
