As International Women’s Month comes to a close, Baileys hosted an intimate brunch at Ajoje on 28 March 2025, bringing together women from various industries to celebrate their strength, achievements, and shared experiences while treating them to indulgent delicacies.
The event was hosted by Nicole Chikwe, a media personality and entrepreneur. With her warm and engaging presence, she made every guest feel welcome, setting the stage for a gathering filled with laughter, connection, and appreciation.

The brunch menu was carefully curated, offering a variety of delicious options. Guests enjoyed fresh fruit, buttery pastries, and flavourful savoury dishes, all designed for sharing. Baileys added its signature touch of indulgence with creamy cocktails and rich, Baileys-infused desserts that brought a sweet finish to the meal.
Every detail was designed to make the women feel special and remind them of the importance of taking time to celebrate and treat themselves.
Beyond the food and beautiful setting, the heart of the event was in the conversations. Women from different backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals, shared their experiences on careers, personal growth, and the importance of lifting each other up. The discussions were heartfelt and inspiring, creating a sense of connection and support among those in the room.
Cynthia Ufele, Brand and Culture Manager Reserve for Diageo South, West and Central Africa, captured the essence of the event, saying, “We know how easy it is to get caught up in the daily hustle, which is why Baileys is intentional about creating experiences that encourage women to pause, reflect and celebrate themselves. This brunch was a true reflection of that commitment.”

To wrap up the event, Nicole Chikwe led a toast, celebrating the power of sisterhood, self-care, and the joy of taking time to acknowledge one’s worth. It was a powerful moment that left guests feeling uplifted and inspired.
Baileys once again demonstrated that celebrating women should not be limited to one occasion but should be about consistently creating moments where they feel valued and appreciated. They did exactly that at this International Women’s Month brunch, leaving a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
