Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing fresh legal woes as federal prosecutors filed two additional criminal charges against him, just a month ahead of his scheduled trial in New York.

The updated indictment, filed on Friday March 4, 2025, brings the total number of federal charges against the entertainment executive to five.

The superseding indictment introduces one count of sex trafficking and another of transportation to engage in prostitution, linked to an alleged victim identified as “Victim-2.” Prosecutors allege these incidents occurred between 2021 and 2024.

Combs was already facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, multiple counts of transportation to engage in prostitution involving three victims, and one count of sex trafficking connected to “Victim-1.” Jury selection for the trial is slated to begin on May 5, and Combs has entered a not guilty plea to all charges.

According to the indictment, prosecutors allege that Combs, leveraging his influence in the entertainment industry, coerced women into sex acts under the guise of romantic involvement. These acts reportedly took place during so-called “Freak Offs” — multi-day encounters where women were allegedly drugged and forced to have sex with male prostitutes. These incidents were allegedly filmed and documented.

The indictment also outlines disturbing allegations of violence and intimidation, including claims that Combs once dangled a woman over a balcony, and participated in acts of kidnapping and arson.

Combs’ legal team maintains his innocence, insisting that all sexual activities were consensual and part of long-term relationships.
