Veteran singer, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has traditionally married Natasha Osawaru in a quiet ceremony, months after confirming his separation from Annie Idibia.

The wedding, which held at a private location, surfaced online on Thursday following the release of pictures on X (formerly Twitter).

Recall that the music star had announced his separation from Annie on January 26, 2025, via a brief statement posted on Instagram.

“Annie Macaulay and I have been separated for a while and have filed for divorce.” he said.
Shortly after, 2Baba proposed to Natasha on the eve of Valentine’s Day, sparking widespread speculation about a new relationship.

In the photos now trending online, the singer is seen dressed in traditional attire beside Natasha, who wore a red beaded wrapper and coral beads, suggesting a full Benin traditional wedding.

While the newlyweds have not issued an official statement, social media reactions have been divided, with some fans congratulating the singer and others expressing surprise over the quick transition.

Natasha, a Nigerian politician and member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), had mostly kept a low profile until now, despite previous rumours linking her to the singer.

2Baba, who has seven children from three women, was previously married to Annie for nearly 12 years. Their relationship had seen public ups and downs before the split in January.

As of the time of filing this report, Annie has yet to comment on the wedding.
