How to apply for 2025 MTN – SAIL Teachers’ Fellowship Programme

The 2025 MTN – SAIL Teachers’ Fellowship Programme is now accepting applications from public school teachers across Nigeria. This five-month fellowship is designed to equip teachers with innovative teaching methods and the use of technology to enhance learning in classrooms.

Eligibility

Applicants must be currently employed in public primary or secondary schools across all 36 states of Nigeria. Teachers must also have access to smart devices, such as smartphones, tablets, or laptops, to participate in the programme’s technology-driven sessions.

Programme Overview

The MTN – SAIL Teachers’ Fellowship provides training in modern pedagogical methods, including Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL), and integrates technology to improve teaching effectiveness. Participants will gain skills to foster critical thinking in students, strengthen classroom management techniques, and collaborate with peers through a network of fellow educators.

At the end of the programme, participants will receive a certificate of completion that reflects their professional development and enhanced teaching capabilities.
