… Lilian Nneji, Dare Justified, others slated to perform

‎ Luli Concert, an interdenominational worship gathering organised by El-Berachah Worship Ministry, is set to celebrate its landmark tenth anniversary on Friday, October 2, 2026, at the Tafawa Balewa Square in Onikan, Lagos.
‎
‎Founded in 2016 with a divine mandate to raise an altar of praise and worship, proclaim the Gospel, and foster unity across Christian denominations, this year’s themed “I Will Rejoice in the God of My Salvation,” is anchored on the biblical text of Habakkuk 3:18.
‎
‎Reflecting on the decade-long journey, the Convener, El-Berachah Worship Ministry, Dr. Gbenga Daniel-Adebayo, noted that the concert has expanded beyond a traditional worship event into a multi-faceted platform dedicated to community development, creative training, health, and personal wellness.
‎ To mark the milestone, organisers have lined up an extensive schedule of pre-concert activities spanning several weeks.
‎
‎The series of events kicks off on Saturday, September 12, with a Volunteers’ Conference designed as an economic empowerment initiative, where small business owners among the volunteers will pitch their enterprises for a share of a 14 million Naira grant. This will be followed on Thursday, September 17, by the sixth edition of the Music Masterclass, an intensive educational session aimed at developing talent within the music industry.

‎Community health and wellness take center stage on Saturday, September 19, featuring the Luli 10-kilometer fitness Walk alongside a dedicated Geriatric Hangout designed to provide engagement and recreation for senior citizens. Midweek spiritual activities continue on Wednesday, September 24, with Testimony Night, a dedicated evening focused on prayer.

‎Organisers have also established a launchpad for emerging talent through the Open Mic Challenge on Saturday, September 26. Serving as a stepping stone for performers who have not previously graced the main concert stage. This year’s competition has also been opened specifically to church choirs. The winner will receive a 2 million Naira grand prize, a professional recording contract, and an invitation to minister on the main stage at the 2027 edition.

‎Humanitarian outreach will culminate on Thursday, October 1, with a comprehensive medical outreach program hosted directly at Tafawa Balewa Square, immediately preceding the main event.
‎
‎The main anniversary concert on October 2 would feature gospel artistes, including, Lilian Nneji, Kent Egunjobi, Dare Justified, Dayo Ojo, Glorious Twins, El-Berachah Worship Ministry, Joseph and Yinka Erinle, and Seyi Daniels.
‎Highlighting the event’s growing international footprint, there would be special seating arrangement for foreign guests, diaspora attendees, as well as individuals with special needs.
‎
‎To ensure safety across the venue, organisers have implemented a multi-tiered security operational plan comprising security officers, local neighborhood watch personnel, and a specialised K9 unit.
