Popular artiste, Kelechi Stephen Ifeanyi, popularly known as Shadysweet, is gradually building momentum for his forthcoming single, Obianuju, ahead of its expected release in November.

In an exclusive chat, Shadysweet confirmed that he is targeting November for the release, although an official date has yet to be announced.

According to the artiste, the reaction to the snippets has encouraged him to continue teasing the song before making it available to the public.

“I wanted people to feel the song before they even hear the full version. The dance videos are just me having fun with the music, but the response has been encouraging. Now, people are asking when Obianuju is coming out, and that tells me the song is already creating a connection,” he said.

With the release still weeks away, Shadysweet appears to be relying on organic audience interaction to build anticipation, allowing the song’s sound and his social media content to gradually generate curiosity.

Obianuju is expected to be released on streaming platforms in November, with Excess Van joining Shadysweet on what will be his first musical offering of the year.
