Music mogul and rapper Birdman is selling his home as he has put it up for sale once again after more than a year without a successful sale.

This time around, he is offering a huge discount to whoever is willing to take the mansion off him.
The Cash Money honcho is listing his Miami beachfront mansion which is located on the secluded Palm Island for N5,649,750,000.00 ($15.5 million). This is coming after the house was first listed for N7,290,000,000 ($20 Million) last year. The place has been on and of the market since then.
At almost 20,000 square feet, the house features 10 bedrooms, guest suites, a private beach volleyball court, 2 wine cellars, a movie theater and a chef’s kitchen with a pizza oven.
Realtors Jeff Miller of Brown Harris Stevens Miami and Darren Weiner of Celebrity Advisors LLC have the listing.
It would be recalled that just recently, Birdman’s fiancee lost her engagement ring and begged for its return on social media.
