Adeboye urges Nigerians to turn to God for uplifting

The General Overseer, The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) worldwide, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has called on Nigerians to wholly surrender to God who has the power to get them out of the woods.

He gave this assurance during the monthly thanksgiving service at the RCCG Headquarters, The Throne of Grace, Ebute-metta, Lagos, with theme: “The Lifter Up Of My Head.”

Pastor Adeboye prayed for public and civil servants, the youths, self-employed, job seekers, members of the security agencies, the para-military and their families.

Listing challenges that can lead to one being downcast as barrenness, failure, defeat, stagnation and shame, the cleric assured Nigerians that Jesus Who was lifted up on the cross to nib all these agents of sorrow in the bud is available to settle their challenges, no matter the depth.

He, however, warned that anyone who wants this divine intervention should make restitution of everything wrongly acquired still in his or her possession. Such a person should also undo every damage and right every wrong, adding that there is no greater solution to every problem or open door to every closed doors or opportunities more than restitution.
