Leading organisation in early childhood education, Alpha Global, has recommitted to best practices for effective leadership and management. During its third webinar on early childhood education success, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Alpha Childcare, Caroline Popoola, shared insights into leadership in early childhood education, highlighting significance of leadership in a childcare setting, different qualities a childcare leader should possess, including ethical leadership and need to create value and be values-driven and appreciated.
 
On maintaining a supportive work culture in a childcare setting, international coach, speaker and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Young Life Coaches, Dale Hancock, emphasised importance of raising and coaching children properly.  

CEO of Parenting Teens Solution, Phinnah Chichi Ikeji, in her presentation on “Emotional Intelligent Tools for Practitioners in Early Years,” highlighted importance of educators building their emotional intelligence tank to effectively support emotional needs of children in their care.
