To develop the game of squash and encourage socialisation among players, Kaks Projects recently sponsored a Squash Rumble at the Squash Section of the Lagos Country Club, tagged “Let’s go a Rumble.”

The tournament witnessed the highest number of participants in the history of Squash Rumbles within the club with 45 registered players.

Its past Captain, Dr. Olubunmi Apata, won the Rumble while Mr. Udoh Nkana won the prize for playing the highest number of games.

The Founder/Creative/Project Director of Kaks Multiprofile Services, Mr. Oladipupo Arikawe, who also doubled as the Section’s One Day Chairman, stressed the need for members to come together, play together, challenge each other in a healthy and friendly environment.

Squash, to him, is a game of life and a game for life.

He promised to continue to support the Sectional Management Committee in ensuring that the game of Squash is made popular like other sports.

The Chairman of Squash Section, Sir Semoore Badejo, thanked the sponsors and reiterated the need for members to “know more about each other as a growing family, work towards the upliftment of the game and find common grounds for mutually beneficial relationships.”
