APC holds outreach for vulnerable, senior citizens in Lagos, sensitise public on PVC collection

The social and humanitarian directorate of the presidential campaign council of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Lagos state chapter has concluded an outreach with the new voters, vulnerable and senior citizens within Epe and Ikosi Ejinrin Local Government Council and Eredo LCDAs.

The campaign council also sensitised the public on Permanent Voters Card (PVC) collection and the power of voting during this upcoming election.


The Coordinator of the social and humanitarian campaign committee, Lagos chapter, Princess Aderemi Adebowale, said the outreach is aimed at sensitising the public about the Presidential candidacy of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu; the governorship, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and other APC candidates ahead of the February and March general elections.

Adebowale, who is also the South West Zonal Secretary, said the outreach also met with the new voters, vulnerable and the senior citizens in the state.

She said the campaign train will move to other local governments within the state.

Other members of the committee in attendance were, Hon. Olulade the National secretary of the social and humanitarian directorate for the presidential campaign, Hon. Laja Olulaja, Mrs Lola Agbalojobi and Hon. Adeniyi Idowu amongst other members.
