Novotech Works has appointed Misan Olukuade as its new chief operating officer (COO). According to a statement, Olukuade joins at a pivotal time as the company strengthens its position as a group delivering total transformation across technology, design and infrastructure in Africa.

It stated that Olukuade is a seasoned transformation and people leader with over two decades of experience spanning across human resources, organisational strategy and business transformation.

She has led enterprises through complex transformations, enabling them to build high-performing teams and cultures of operational discipline.

As COO, she will oversee integrated operations across Novotech Works’ three divisions, strengthening the group’s operational backbone while aligning people, systems and strategy to deliver bold, scalable solutions.
