As more young Nigerians sojourn into the music space, global youth collective for artists, The Wireless Gig, has announced the maiden edition of its annual creative bazaar, set to unfold on April 20, 2025, at the La Vida Local grounds, in Abuja.

Created as a bazaar sales of art merchandise, with intriguing performances from musicians and dancers, as well as creative industry workshops, the edition is poised to be a creative conclave, according to the organizers. “The Wireless Grand Bazaar is a lively market of innovation, arts, and culture. We are committed to investing in the future of Black youth, offering them a platform to create, be heard, and network with investors and customers,” the organizer, Paschal Ikenna, said.

Other attractions at the free-to-attend bazaar include gaming arenas and picture booths. Interested attendees can connect with the brand via their Instagram at Thewirelessgig for more information on registration.

Founded by Paschal Ikenna, in 2020, the Wireless Gig collective is a community of bohemian artists and entrepreneurs centered across Nigeria, Ghana, Dubai, United Kingdom and the United States.

“The Wireless Gig exists to service the under-funded and under-represented population of emerging artists within its host cities, unlocking opportunities for mentorship/training, project grants and peer-to-peer collaborations,” Ikenna explained. “We aim to build a safe space where younger artists are equipped to express their individuality through the arts.”

Since its inception, The Wireless Gig has trained members and successfully connected them to execute projects for brands like Guinness, Johnnie Walker, Red Bull, Aristocrat, Sheffield Hallam University, Malta Guinness, TEDx, Mainland Block Party, Amala Festival, Tiger, Indomie, Beat FM and Trace TV. Last year, it launched The Wireless Sports, a sub-community to further extend its youth empowerment missions to sports lovers. Other campaigns like its A Campaign For Creatives In the Diaspora efforts have also helped propel young creative professionals further within the global marketplace. Now, the Wireless Gig Bazaar is our latest creative obsession and we welcome you to join us in this exciting adventure.
