Nigerian singer Ayra Star has announced that her latest song ‘Commas’ has crossed 100 million mark on all streaming platforms.
‘Commas’ was released on the 2nd of February 2024, on all streaming platforms, crossing the threshold after two months.
The song climbed to the number one spot on apple music, in the top 100 Nigeria songs two weeks after its release.
Ayra Star Posted a short video on her social media page, appreciating her fans in the process.
“In 2 months it is crazy Wow! I’m so gratefullll ! Let’s take commas to the world” she said.
While talking about the song, the Grammy Nominee said;
“Since I recorded ‘Commas’, I’ve listened to it every day because of how it makes me feel. Amongst other things, it’s my love letter to people who have rejected me at any point.

“People should listen and feel confident by knowing that they can increase the commas in anything they do in life.”
Meanwhile, this achievement will boost her global visibility more, helping her gain attraction to more international artists.
Ayra Star is set to go on a tour with Chris Brown by June to August, rounding up a two month Music tour.
The tour, titled “11:11”, is named after Brown’s latest studio album, and will feature Ayra Starr alongside R&B singer Muni Long as special guests.
