BBNaija Season 8 kicks off this weekend with All-Stars edition, N120m prize money

Organisers of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) will this weekend excite fans of the reality show to another experience of suspense and entertainment as it unveils the new edition titled: ‘BBNaija All Stars’ on Sunday.

The winner of Season 8 will walk away with a N120 million cash prize. The selected former housemates will go head-to-head in the house for the grand prize.

According to the organisers, “it’s the first-ever Big Brother Naija All Stars, featuring all of the viewers’ favourites from past seasons, and screaming boldly ‘Everything that happened before is just the beginning.’”


Ebuka remains the host of the show, which he has been hosting for the past six seasons. He has enjoyed a large following due to his experience and expertise, great fashion sense, neutrality and fairness, ability to handle controversial situations and his social media dexterity.

Following announcement of the all-star edition, debates on possible housemates that will feature in the episode have been ongoing on social media. A list of former housemates based on each season that could possibly feature are:
Season 2 ‘Gobe’: Debbie Rise, Kemen, Soma, Thin Tall Tony, and T Boss
Season 3 ‘Double Wahala’: Alex, Cee C, Khloe, Tobi Bakare, and Angel
Season 4 ‘Pepper Dem’: Mercy, Ike, Elozonam, Venita, and Tasha
Season 5 ‘Lockdown’: Laycon, Erica, Nengi, Vee, Kiddwaya
Season 6 ‘Shine Ya Eye’: Whitemoney, Cross, Pere, Angel, and Boma
Season 7 ‘Level Up’: Hermes, Sheggz, Groovy, Adekunle, and Khalid.

The show, put together without an audition, will air for 70 days, from July 23 to October 1, 2023.
