Bobrisky’s Male Features Remain Unchanged – NCoS

Controversial social media personality and crossdresser, Idris Olarewaju Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has been making headlines following his recent detention.

The Nigerian Correctional Services (NCoS) has confirmed that Bobrisky was treated as an ordinary detainee during his time in custody.

Upon his arrest, Bob underwent a thorough examination to determine his biological sex.

Despite his public persona and gender identification as a “woman,” according to the NCoS, there was “no evidence of gender or genital organ realignment. Bobrisky’s male biological characteristics remained unchanged.”

Bobrisky faced a six-count charge related to naira abuse. The charges stemmed from incidents where he tampered with Naira currency notes issued by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Notably, the court dropped two of the charges, and he pleaded guilty to the offense as a first-time offender.

Justice Abimbola Awogboro sentenced Bobrisky to six months in prison with no option of fine. The judge emphasized that the judgment serves as a warning to others who engage in similar acts of currency mutilation. The jail term commenced on March 24, 2024, the day of his arrest.

Another recent controversy that Bob was involved in was when he was crowned the “Best Dressed Female”, securing a title typically reserved for women. The prize came with a cash reward of one million naira.

The situation escalated further when celebrities like Toyin Abraham, Portable, and Dayo Amusa engaged in a public dispute with Bobrisky following his win.

The movie’s producer, Eniola Ajao, defended the decision, explaining that it was a deliberate strategy to generate publicity for her film. She emphasized that Bob’s controversial persona played a significant role in the choice, aiming to create buzz and draw attention to her project.
