Bright and beautiful

As far as proper fashion sense is concerned, clothing shouldn’t pose discomfort but a comfy feeling of beauty and elegance. This is why there are clothing fabrics and even colours for all times and seasons. So while the spiking hot weather season persists, bright colour clothing such as white, cream, yellow, sky blue, baby pink, peach, orange etc are your best bet as they absorb less heat by reflecting the  sun’s wavelengths, thereby keeping the fabrics cooler.

Wearing dark shade clothing when the Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is intense would make you uncomfortable in your own skin. This is because dark shades such as black and others, heavily absorb the sun’s wavelengths and trap in heat in the fabric hereby literally setting your skin on fire.

To avoid this, going all in bright colours during the hot weather or heat wave especially while the UV radiation is firing high is the only way to stay cool, stylish, elegant and beautiful.

However, just before you put on your bright colour clothing, ensure to wear a fast absorbing sunscreen to protect the parts of your skin that your clothing would not cover, and when you’re all dressed up and set to step out, wear sunglasses to protect your eyes from the UV rays.
