BurnaBoy’ Ayra Star, Makes Obama’s Playlist

Nigerian Afrobeat duo BurnaBoy and Ayra star has added another flower to their hats of many colours as they made it to the playlist of former American President, Barack Obama.

Obama recently released his playlist for the summer, including some world stars and legends, however, BurnaBoy and Ayra Star are the only representatives in the Afrobeat industry to make the list.

In a tweet by the former American president, he wrote; Like I do every year, here are some songs I’ve been listening to this summer — a mix of old and new. Look forward to hearing what I’ve missed.
