The management of 11plc, formerly known as Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc, has announced changes in its manpower sourcing strategy aimed at enhancing service delivery to its stakeholders.
According to a press statement released by the company on Tuesday, employees currently engaged by the company’s previous manpower service provider will be absorbed by the new vendor, ensuring continuity despite the ongoing transition.
The company also reassured that any entitlements owed to employees by the former vendor will be settled according to the terms and conditions of their existing employment contracts.
The statement emphasised that 11plc is committed to maintaining competitive compensation for all its service providers and their employees. It also stressed the management’s dedication to supporting service providers to improve productivity levels within the company.
The company affirmed its focus on safeguarding employee welfare while implementing these manpower sourcing adjustments.
