The General Manager and Group Head of Information Technology and Operations of Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc, Lolita Ejiofor, said that the bank is committed to its customer-centric value and would continue to support its customers.

Speaking at a Customer Service Week event organised by the bank, she said: “Customer service week is a celebration and appreciation of those who already believe in a revolutionary brand and those whose journey will lead them to start building dreams with us.

“We are grateful for each one of our wonderful customers and it is because of them that we look forward to commemorating this customer service week in style.”

Depositors and customers have expressed confidence in the technology-driven services of the bank to deepen financial inclusion in the country.

The commendation was based on the bank’s focus on the provision of solutions in mortgages, housing, finance and investments.

Speaking at the forum, a customer, Donatus Okeke, commended the banking sector for using technology to drive financial inclusion in Nigeria.

On her part, Roseline Onyeogu of Early Life School, Iyana Iba, Lagos, said she had been banking with Abbey for approximately 30 years when they were only a small bank and that she stayed with it owing to its exceptional services.
