Over 1,000 leaders from across Africa and beyond will gather for the 3rd edition of the Visionary Leadership Conference (VLC), scheduled for October 24–25, 2025, at the Glitz Event Centre.
Themed “Human-Centred Leadership: Transforming Talents, Building Economies in Complex Contexts,” the conference will bring together policymakers, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders for two days of strategic conversations on leadership, innovation, and societal transformation.
Convener of the conference and founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company, Debola Deji-Kurunmi, said VLC 2025 is designed to challenge leaders to rethink how they exercise influence in today’s volatile world.

Since its debut in 2023, the Visionary Leadership Conference has impacted over 1,000 leaders globally and has been hosted in three cities, positioning itself as one of the continent’s foremost platforms for leadership development.
The 2025 edition will feature a hybrid format. Day One will be dedicated to virtual plenaries with global speakers, while Day Two will gather participants in Lagos for in-person keynotes, masterclasses, and the Human Heroes Awards Dinner.
