Christ Healing Evangelical Church (CHEC) will end its Golden Jubilee and 2022 International Convention today, at its Campground, Km 45, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Loburo, Mowe, Ogun State.
The event will be presided over by the General Overseer, Pastor Samuel Babatunde Ogunfowokan and his wife, Pastor Wunmi Ogunfowokan, assisted by Mother-in-Israel, Beatrice Bamidele, wife of the late founder of the church.
With theme, “Transformation,” the five-day event, which started last Wednesday, x-rayed the Church’s past achievements, suggested ways to further expand its evangelism and to arrest any challenge that would hinder future growth.
Also, the church will ordain and install newly promoted ministers, including deacons and deaconesses, pastors and assistant pastors. Among those slated for ordination are: Brother Olayiwola; Brother Oluwatosun Noibi; his wife, Sister Oluwaseun Noibi; Brother Oluwasogo Abayomi Noibi; Brother and Sister Wole and Olawunmi Jolaoye; Sister Atanda; Sister Faith Karim and Brother Dada, respectively, all from the Fadeyi branch of the church in Lagos. Mabel Iyabode Adelusi from the Ketu, Lagos headquarters will also be ordained.
