Country music legend Toby Keith passed away peacefully yesterday evening surrounded by his family, following a courageous battle with stomach cancer. He was 62 years old.

He sold over 40 million albums worldwide, won numerous awards including Grammys and American Music Awards, and was a true icon of the country music scene.

His battle with cancer became public in June 2022, shortly after he underwent surgery.
He continued to perform and record music throughout his treatment, showcasing his unwavering spirit and dedication to his craft.
His final album, “The Ride,” was released in October 2023 and reflected on his life and career.
