The judge gave the order, yesterday while ruling on an ex parte motion filed by the State Security Service (SSS) marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/409/2024.

At the proceedings, counsel for the SSS, A. A Ugee, told the court that the matter was brought under Section 66(1) of the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022.
