Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has appointed Sixxco Oil Ltd as a distributor for domestic sales.
The appointment, confirmed in a letter to Sixxco Oil Ltd, registers the company as a customer to Dangote, subject to terms and conditions, including compliance with national laws and regulations, lifting of products from the refinery, and payment secured through a Letter of Credit.
The distribution company will undertake to distribute and sell petroleum products in compliance with national laws and regulations. Sixxco Oil is entitled to conduct business with Dangote Petroleum Refinery, with the option to lift products via road tankers or ships to their 24-million-litre Tank Farm in Akwa Ibom State.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sixxco Oil, Hubert Chimezie Ngoka, expressed joy and commitment to upholding the highest standards in operations.
