Afrobeat singer Davido has dropped the music video for ‘Away,’ one of the hit tracks from his “Timeless” album.
Following the success of ‘Unavailable’ featuring Musa Keys and ‘Feel,’ which boasted a 100-million-naira production directed by the renowned TG Omori, it was expected that the next video wouldn’t fall short of standards.

Meanwhile, during a live streaming session with Twitch star Kai Cenat, who’s in Nigeria. The star shared that a new album is almost ready, which is set to have 15 tracks and 6 guest appearances, with different people thinking perhaps, Kizz Daniel and Odumodublvck will be part of his featured artists.
In 2023, Davido teased fans with potential collabs, whispering about teaming up with Kizz Daniel, rapper Odumodublvck and French singer TAYC for the deluxe version of ‘Timeless.’
“After my next album i think a Davido X Kizz Daniel EP will be dope,” he said in an interview.
This new album will be Davido’s fifth, and if it drops in 2024, it will be his third album in just four years.
‘Away’ marks Davido’s first solo release of 2024, following his notable appearances on Kizz Daniel’s ‘Twe Twe’ and Logos Olori’s ‘Easy for Me.’
