Nigerian Afrobeats singer Davido has teased that he will quit music after the release of his next album.
The singer had revealed recently that the industry had been unwelcoming to him since he entered the scene.
In a post via his X page, the singer said he loves the effect of his presence in the music industry.
“Since I came in the game dem never get peace, I love it! Make I find somewhere with beach go relax,” he wrote in pidgin English.
The DMW boss has previously alleged that some of his colleagues in the music industry are ganging up against him.
“Me vs the industry! Love it!” he wrote via X in 2022.
The singer came under fire in recent times with various accusations, such as failure to pay his song producers. Napji accused him of not fulfilling his promise which the musician debunked.

Taking into consideration his latest remarks and replies after it. One can say the Grammy nominee’s comment should not be taken too seriously.
“Yall niggas want me out of the game that bad ?? Oya after the next album I will not do again. So una fit get peace,” he said.
He didn’t reveal when the album will be out, but fans are eagerly anticipating it.
