Edo-based private developer has introduced an exquisite property development known as the Dexdee Court in the lush landscape of Ekae GRA in Benin City.

Interestingly, the block of flats is located at Dexdee Golf Resort, overlooking the nine-hole golf course, which has been fenced and comes with a certificate of occupancy.

The Chief Executive Officer of Dexdee, Desmond Odiase, owner of the property, said the facility is being sold off-plan because few units are available. The completion period for the project is 18 months.

The first phase of the Court has a block of 12 flats of two bedrooms, and each comes with a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and three toilets.

Prospective residents would have access to the resort’s golf course, tennis court, and bicycle precinct at discounted rates. The resort is 25 minutes from Benin City and 22 minutes from the Benin City Airport. Subscribers are required to pay in four installments – 40 per cent; 30 per cent; 20 per cent; and 10 per cent during the collection of keys.

“Upon completion, buyers have the option of using their flat for serviced apartment and rake in a minimum of N24 million yearly,” Odiase said.
