Sir Emmanuel Ojigbani Anene was buried on Thursday, April 25, 2024, in his village, Ngegwu, Imo State.


According to his son, Mr. Chidi Sullivan Anene, the untimely transition of their patriarch, the Ogbuagu Chukwubuikem of Umuaga Royal Kindred, Ngegwu village, in Oguta Local Council of Imo State, has left a huge and irreparable void that would be deeply felt.

“We take solace in the memories of the positive influence he had on us, his children as well as others,” he said.

The late Anene was a Customs officer and rendered an exemplary service to the nation during his years but later veered into clearing and forwarding business before his demise.
