Enugu governor commends  group over plan to establish healthcare facility


Enugu State Governor, Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, represented by his Deputy, Ifeanyi Ossai, has commended the Project Cure Group and its partner, Sunrise For Rural Dwellers over their concerted efforts to establish a community healthcare facility at Uvuru in Uzo-Uwani Local Council of the state.
 
Speaking during a courtesy visit to Deputy Governor Office, Government House, Enugu, yesterday, the leader of the group, Rev. Fr. Tony Okolo, who came alongside his team, said that in partnership with Project Cure, his group, Sunrise for Rural Dwellers initiative, was working assiduously to establish a community healthcare facility in Uvuru. Responding, Ossai said that the courtesy call availed the government the opportunity to discuss the plans, challenges, and how they could collaborate on the project to ensure its success.
   
“This project aligns perfectly with our administration’s commitment to enhancing public health infrastructure and we are happy to support their mission.”

“I commend the Sunrise for Rural Dwellers and Project Cure teams for their dedication and impact in our state. This partnership signifies a bright future for Enugu State where health and prosperity go hand in hand,” Barr. Ossai said.
