Sequel to the intervention of the National Media Complaints Commission (NMCC), we wish to convey our regret to Mrs. Maimuna Chionuwa over our online publication of April 19, 2023, entitled: “Aso Savings foils plans to divert compensation money.”
“We reiterate that any pejorative impression the publication might have created about the person of Mrs. Maimuna Chionuwa is not intentional. Subsequent to our rejoinder of May 17, 2023, tagged: “Ex-Union Homes scribe refutes allegations of wrongdoings”, appropriate steps have been taken to address the concerns in further demonstration of our good faith. Any embarrassment or inconvenience caused to Mrs. Maimuna Chionuwa is sincerely regretted.
