Eze Igbo Ghana Ihenetu celebrates King Dandeson Jaja at 82


The paramount King of Ndigbo in Ghana, HRM Eze Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu, has joined other well-meaning Nigerians to congratulate the Amanyanabo and Treaty King of Opobo and immediate past Chairman, Rivers State Council of Traditional Rulers, HRM, King Dandeson Douglas Jaja (Jeki V), as he celebrated 82 years.

King Dandeson, who turned 82 years on April 28, ascended the throne of the legendary King Jaja, one of Africa’s foremost nationalist, in 2004.

In a statement signed from the revered Obi-Ukwu Obieziokwu palace in Ghana, the Umuduruoha Amigbo Nwagele Imo state-born royal father described King Dandeson Jaja as an epitome of the very best that our traditional institution represents and his wisdom is one that all men of goodwill will continue to embrace.

In a special birthday message, Ihenetu said: “Today, on behalf of elders of Obieziokwu palace and Igbo community in Ghana, I joined the host of heaven to celebrate you our royal father and to pray for abundance blessings upon your live.”

HRM Ihenetu wished King Dandeson Jaja many years of good health and long life on the throne of his forefathers.’
