He underscored the importance of land ownership and strategic investments as vehicles for building lasting wealth.

Olaotan also urged the government to enforce compliance in construction standards to prevent building collapses, ensuring safety and sustainability within the sector.

Olaotan took the opportunity to launch his new book, “Land Ownership: An Insider’s Secret,” which aims to equip readers with essential knowledge and strategies for navigating the real estate sector.

Distinguished real estate expert and the National Secretary of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) Committee on Intergovernmental Relations and Public-Private Partnerships, Okunsanya Oyebola, spoke passionately about the myriad opportunities that Ogun State offers to investors.

With over two decades of experience in the field, he emphasised the importance of collaboration between government entities and private developers to foster a thriving real estate market.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Entrecom Homes Limited, Mr. Ojikutu Olusola, also graced the occasion.

As the General Secretary of the REDAN Ogun State Chapter, he highlighted practical strategies for individuals and corporate entities to access real estate opportunities.

His insights on building profitable investment portfolios resonated with many aspiring investors present at the summit.

The Managing Director of Cephatop Global Integrated Limited, Mrs. Oluwafemi Oluwatoyin, shared her inspiring journey as a woman in the real estate sector.

She discussed her company’s focus on delivering value-driven property solutions and encouraged female participation in real estate investment to empower more women in the industry.

The programme ended with three lucky winners of three plots of land each at Kobape in a raffle draw.
