Alternative Dispute Resolution and its role in the justice sector will on Thursday take centre-stage as experts x-ray the legal framework for ADR practice in Nigeria.
The parley will review the impact of “Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023” and the “National Policy on Arbitration and ADR 2024” towards making Nigeria an ADR hub in Africa.
Organised by the Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution Development and Conflict Management of Nigeria LTD/GTE (i-ADRNigeria), the theme of the parley is: “The National Policy on Arbitration and ADR 2024 and the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 in Review: Impact on ADR Framework in Nigeria.”

The discourse will be held online on Thursday, 27th March 2025 at 2 pm.
The parley is coming on the heels of a maiden hybrid Fellowship Training hosted by the Institute with a faculty led by the foremost Chartered Arbitrator, Mrs Adedoyin Rhodes-Vivour (SAN).
