Femi Adebayo Announces First Film For 2024 “Seven Doors”

Nollywood actor and producer, Femi Adebayo, has announced his first 2024 project, ‘Seven Doors,’  to be release sometimes in the new year.


The ‘Jagun-Jagun’ producer disclosed this In an exclusive interview on Channels Television’s ‘The Morning Brief’ on New Year’s Day, Adebayo shared insights into his new film, revealing that the movie, currently in the post-production stage, explores the dynamic relationship between a Yoruba king and his Igbo wife. He emphasized the film’s celebration of cultural diversity and traditions.

Excitingly, Adebayo also disclosed plans for the second season of ‘Jagun Jagun,’ where he intends to provide opportunities for emerging talents to showcase their skills.

The actor expressed his enthusiasm for the industry’s intentional move towards the fusion of indigenous languages and English, noting that it has significantly contributed to the growth of Nollywood.

Adebayo emphasized the importance of collaboration between different tribes in scriptwriting and production.

While acknowledging the positive strides in the industry, Adebayo highlighted the need for a more conducive environment for filmmakers, citing concerns such as security on movie sets.
