EXPERTS will gather in Lagos from November 25 to 27, to discuss possible avenues of diversifying the Nigerian economy.
The experts, who will be speaking at this year’s Nigeria Hotel and Tourism Investment Conference, will explain how the tourism sector can enable diversification.
The event is being put together by Jonel Hospitality Consulting and has its theme: “Nigeria Tourism Industry: catalyst for economic diversification.
A statement signed by the Managing Partner, Brian Efa, further informed that the forum is in support of the present’s administration drive to diversify the economy and it is topical and timely, especially now that Nigeria economy is down due to the over-reliance on oil.
“We believe that the best area to start diversification of the economy is tourism,” he added.
