A fitness and wellness centre was opened to the public yesterday at the Ikeja GRA by Freesia Spa, a subsidiary of Pilot Property.
The centre, which is equipped with the state-of-the-art gym for cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength to address clients’ desire to stay healthy and other facilities for wellness under a roof.
Speaking at the unveiling, Freesia Spa Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Goddy Amezechi, said the centre was established to meet the yearnings for fitness and a healthy living and to also provide jobs for the youth in the society.
